Trish is a 401k Fiduciary in advisory relationships, who specializes in guidance on managing 401(k) retirement plans. As a fiduciary with a legal obligation to act in the best interests of plan participants and beneficiaries, Trish offers invaluable support to employers and employees. She assists with selecting appropriate investments, striving to ensure regulatory compliance, and educating employees about available retirement savings options. Helping strive to maximize benefits and outcomes for attending employees regarding both performance monitoring; plus advice on design optimization - Trish plays a key role in long-term financial independence.
In 2020, Trish was joined by her son, Jay Arnold, who also became a Financial Advisor. Together, they established SAGE Financial Partners. They work closely with clients, evaluating opportunities and positioning them to reap the potential rewards of carefully planned strategies, thereby constructing a solid financial foundation for the future.
Trish pursued her education at the University of Phoenix, graduating in 2000 with a BA in Business Administration. In her leisure time, Trish has many interests, including fun cars, spending time at their 2nd home in Cayucos, getting her hands dirty playing with her plants, and constantly looking for the next crafty project.
She also cherishes moments with her husband, Tony, as well as family and friends and adores their many grandchildren.
