She graduated from Sam Houston State University with a bachelor’s degree in education. She spent nine years as a dedicated teacher before taking a leap of faith to pursue a new career in the financial industry in 2023. She has been thriving in this new chapter and enjoys the opportunity to make meaningful impacts each day.
As a Client Care Specialist, she believes that being experienced, dependable and approachable are essential to a goal of providing exceptional client care. Her goal is to continue expanding her skills and becoming increasingly well versed in the financial industry, so she can support clients and advisors with excellence and provide a positive, reliable experience in every interaction.
In her free time, Gena enjoys spending quality time with her family and traveling together to make new memories. She loves to hang out with friends and going out to try new restaurants and explore different places. Gena and her husband, Cody, have recently purchased a home with renovation potential. They have been enjoying renovating and refreshing each space to make it perfect for their family.
